a) Serbian shop.com operates in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 62/2014 and 6/2016 - State Law). In case you have any complaints about the product or our service, please feel free to contact us at e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We are ready to solve every situation.
b) Any damage to transport, the lack of some parts and any malfunction of a product you are obliged to report within 24 hours of receiving the order. The buyer is obliged to check the received goods at the receipt, and if there has been some mistake in sending the goods, we will try to correct it in the shortest time possible
c) Upon the request for a reclamation, we will forward you a notice sheet with instructions on how to proceed with the complaint, and we will respond and act within the legally prescribed deadlines.
d) If you notice any damage on the transport package when you receive the item, please proceed as follows:
- Do not sign the shipment. Ask the postman or the courier to wait until you check that the damage to the packaging caused both damage to the product itself or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are in the number, sign the receipt of the shipment and receive the shipment. If the product is damaged or seems to be missing some parts, refuse the acceptance of the shipment and let us know for further steps and to get the correct, undamaged product.
- If you have still received the shipment, and later notice the damage to the transport package or the product, be sure to keep the original packaging in which the shipment was delivered to you. Please take a picture of the damaged packaging and send the product and picture to email@example.com.
- In the case of clothing items, it is possible to substitute for another size or color. First of all, you need to contact us to check whether the desired item or size or color is on stock, as well as to provide you with instructions for a charge for postal delivery. When we receive the returned item and your shipping fee, we will send you a replacement item.
e) If you are not satisfied with an article (and if it's not a malfunction), you can replace it under the following conditions:
- that it has not been more than 14 days since you received the product, and
- that the product was returned unused and in the original packaging with all accompanying documentation, and
- that the postage for re-sending is paid as well as the difference in price if the replacement product is more expensive - contact us for a payment instruction.
If the above conditions are fulfilled, you will be able to get the other one of your choice instead of the returned product, or we will return the money to the value of the product you returned.
