4. Why do you need my e-mail address and my phone number?
Your e-mail address is, first of all, necessary to inform you about your order and planned time of delivery. Also, we can contact you by e-mail/phone to check your information, if there are some uncertainties or to provide you with information that we believe may be of relevance to you. Serbianshop.com requires only the information needed to successfully and effectively implement the entire order processing.
5. I cannot remember my password. What do I need to do?
If you forgot your password, on the login page, click Login, then use the "Forgot your password" option in the lower right corner of the open window. Enter your email and click on the RESET button.
6. How can I change my account information?
To change your account information, please log in and use the "My Account" option. Then you can change the data you previously entered and save the changes by clicking on the "Save Changes" option.

8. Can I change my order after I have completed it?

If you do not want to register, on the homepage of our site, on the lower right side of the site, you have the "Newsletter" option, click on it, then type in your e-mail address and then you will get all the notifications and news.

13. Is Currency Conversion Made When Payment with Payment Cards?
The amount that will be charged your payment card is obtained through the conversion of the price expressed in your local currency into Serbian dinar at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When making a payment from your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency at the rate used by card organizations. Because of this conversion, there is a small difference between the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

14. Do you send goods to my country?
Serbianianshop.com sends goods to all countries of the World.
15. When will I receive my order?
Orders from Europe, as well as from countries of the region are sent by airmail, and you can expect them in 5-10 days.
Orders from the USA and Canada are sent by airmail, and you can expect them in 7-14 days.
Orders from other parts of the world are sent by airmail, and you can expect them in 10-14 days.
For customers from Serbia, a deadline of 2-3 working days from the moment of sending the order is valid.
For handmade products, it is sometimes necessary to wait a few days longer, for the sake of making them themselves, about which the Buyer will be informed.
After order processing, your order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address - notification of the status of the order and the indicative delivery time. The order processing period is 2 to 3 working days.
It may happen that local mail keeps the packet longer, mainly due to additional security checks that slow down the delivery of the package. Such cases mostly occur during increased 'anti-terrorist' activities. It is necessary to count on longer delivery times in time before and around holidays when the post office needs to deliver packages much longer.
16. Who is responsible for shipping costs?
The costs of transport and delivery are carried by the buyer and they depend on the ordered products and place of delivery. The amount of costs will be separately shown in each order, before confirming it.
These costs may also include export duties and other costs if the place of delivery is outside the Republic of Serbia and can, therefore, be changed from time to time in case of changes in the regulations of the Republic of Serbia or the European Union.
17. Is it possible to replace the ordered item for another?

18. Is it possible to return the ordered items and get my money back?

19. What happens if something on my order is damaged during transportation?
We make every effort to ensure that every shipment is delivered to you without any damage. If transport damage does occur, we will send you the same product or return the money. You need to take pictures of the damaged product and send us an image with an e-mail to document the damage. If you notice that the package or other transport package is damaged during your receipt, please contact us immediately and send us photos in the delivery documents to report the damage.
