This cross is located on the church of Saint Sava in Belgrade. Several domes, with one central dome, are characteristic of the Serbian Moravian style of church construction. The cross as a symbol of suffering, but also of Christ's victory over death, is an indispensable element of Orthodox iconography, as well as the interior and exterior decoration of every Orthodox temple.

The three ends of the cross end with three polished spheres, which symbolically refer to the Triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

In the corners, between the arms of the cross, there are glasses.
